Program Description & Use Cases

Pool Service USA sends SMS notifications strictly for Customer Care and operational purposes. Text messages may include:

  • Service appointment notifications and reminders.
  • Technician en-route updates and route scheduling.
  • Pool service completion notifications and status reports.
  • Direct responses to customer support or quote inquiries.

Opt-In & Consent

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by checking the optional SMS consent box on our online contact forms at https://poolserviceusa.com. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any text message sent from us. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your service schedule (typically up to 2 SMS messages per week for active service visits).

Privacy & Mobile Data Non-Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances. 4. Billing, Fees & Cancellation

You shall provide the Company with accurate billing information. For subscription or recurring pool maintenance plans:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
  • Paid fees are non-refundable except where required by law or approved on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Company.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service.

6. Governing Law

The laws of the State of Florida, United States, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service.
